Description

Energy is looking for an ambitious, energetic and seasoned National Account Manager to help expand our client base. You will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy within a fast-paced brokerage environment.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Energy clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business calls/meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare responses for proposals (RFP-s) and quotation requests (RFQ-s) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success selling in a third-party (3PL) brokerage environment
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
